Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You'll gain hands-on experience in behavioral health with growth opportunities and meaningful client-family connections.

The role offers competitive pay ($21.00/hour to $25.00/hour), paid training, supportive supervision, and flexible part-time or full-time options with potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: At least 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm schedule).
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensation).
• Requirements: Pass criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment Fit for Duty exam, and provide proof of immunity to MMR and Varicella.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethics and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
