Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment under supervision across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You’ll collect progress data, follow feedback, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Strong communication, compassion, and a willingness to work in multiple settings are required. High school diploma and CARD training completion are essential; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CARD training program completion and exam/field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record progress data with accuracy.
• Adhere to CARD policies and HIPAA requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain safe, supportive environments across settings.
