Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Menifee, CA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will implement ABA treatment under a Clinical Supervisor, working 1:1 or in small groups across CARD centers, patient homes, schools, and telehealth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with ASD preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Willingness to work across multiple settings.
• Reliable transportation may be required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under supervision.
• Collect and record data with high fidelity.
• Review and implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.
• Represent CARD professionally to patients and families.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
