Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Behavior Technician in California to support ABA programs across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will assist in implementing treatment plans designed to address skill acquisition and challenging behaviors under a Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities include 1:1 or small-group treatment, data collection, and adherence to HIPAA with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain records and adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
