Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs for CARD patients under supervision. You will work across various settings, including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth, to address skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior experience with autism; training and field evaluation are provided.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, patient-focused care for individuals with ASD.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and families.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups.
• Collect and record progress data with accuracy.
• Review supervisor feedback and implement during sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with families, patients, and colleagues.
