Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under a Clinical Supervisor. This role focuses on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors across multiple settings.

You will work 1:1 or small groups, collect data with high fidelity, apply supervisor feedback, and communicate with families. CARD offers training, milestone raises, weekend/holiday pay, and a clear growth path toward BT levels and BCBA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program and exam.
• Field evaluation must be completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in group settings under supervision.
• Record and review patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and apply Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
• Seek personal growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
