Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team in Moreno Valley, CA. You will implement ABA treatment programs across settings including CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and telehealth, under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field eval.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
