Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in California is seeking a kind, detail-oriented Behavior Technician to support ABA treatment programs for CARD patients and families under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 or small group sessions, collecting progress data, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while collaborating with the team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers part-time flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
