Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to support ABA treatment for CARD patients and families across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will implement 1:1 or small-group sessions under supervision, collect progress data, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a passion for helping individuals with ASD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Willingness to complete CARD training and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment 1:1 or in small groups under supervision.
• Collect and record progress data with accuracy.
• Communicate with patients, families, and colleagues compassionately.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
