Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians in Davis, CA. The role involves implementing ABA treatments 1:1 or in groups under a Clinical Supervisor and may occur at the CARD center, a patient’s home, school or telehealth.

The position emphasizes data collection, compliance with HIPAA, and effective communication with families and colleagues. Part-time schedules are available with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Apply feedback from Clinical Supervisor to sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with families and colleagues.
• Work across CARD centers, patients' homes, schools or telehealth as needed.
