Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group treatment to patients under Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain high fidelity data collection on patient progress.
• Implement and adapt ABA treatment plans in various settings (center, home, school, telehealth).
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
• Support CARD policy adherence and professional conduct.
