Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans with CARD patients and families under clinical supervision. Roles include 1:1 or small group sessions across the CARD center, the patient’s home, school, community, or via telehealth.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, complete CARD training with a written exam and field evaluation, and ideally prior ASD experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and CARD policies while representing the organization.
