Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy across home and clinic settings in Michigan. You will work with children with autism, following supervision to collect data and implement behavior plans.

This role includes ongoing training, opportunities for advancement after 3 months, and benefits such as PTO, health coverage, and a 401(k) match. Evening shift premium applies after 4pm.

Qualifications

• Able to expressively and receptively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to sit on child-sized chairs or floor, move between positions, and assist during sessions.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing basic first aid when required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare materials and keep them accessible for sessions.
• Arrive on time and dress appropriately for shifts.
• Maintain 1:1 and group supervision through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings and communicate professionally with families.
