Gateway Pediatric Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support ABA-based sessions in Livonia, Novi, Westland, and Farmington. You will organize sessions, collect data, follow supervision, and communicate with families to reinforce progress.

The role offers structured training, opportunities for advancement, and a collaborative team focused on evidence-based care for children with autism. Evening shifts with potential for growth and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child size chair or on the floor and move between positions easily.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area throughout the session and at the conclusion of the session.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and needed materials accessible and organized.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work with ample time to prepare for session.
• Complete all tasks associated with the completion of a session.
• Receive supervision from supervisors through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Respond to internal communication within 24 hours.
