Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy in Utica, MI is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work both home and clinic-based sessions, collaborate with BCBAs, and partner with families to support every child’s goals in a compassionate, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child size chair or on the floor and move as needed during sessions.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver License with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare and keep materials accessible and organized.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Record data accurately and follow ABA procedures as taught by supervisors.
• Deliver instruction and implement behavior plans as outlined by staff.
