Gateway Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will implement goals under BCBA supervision and track progress while collaborating with a supportive team to help children reach their developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months experience in health care or related setting.
• Strong communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations daily.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team and management on assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
