Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home or clinic settings. You will implement ABA procedures, collect data, prepare materials, and communicate professionally with families under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical activity requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area throughout the session and at the conclusion of the session.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and needed materials accessible and organized.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work with ample time to prepare for session.
• Complete all tasks assigned that are associated with the completion of a session.
• Receive 1:1 and group supervision from supervisors through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled trainings.
• Communicate self in a professional and positive manner with coworkers and parents.
• Respond to all internal communication within 24 hours.
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Deliver instruction following procedures learned from training and supervisor feedback.
• Collect, record, and analyze data accurately following procedures.
• Complete progress notes by session end.
• Identify when interventions are needed and communicate with supervising BCBA.
