Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician. This home-based role requires traveling to clients' homes in Michigan and delivering evidence-based ABA services under supervision.

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to sit in a child size chair or on the floor; switch postures as needed for client safety.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain instructional area throughout the session and at the conclusion of the session.
Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and needed materials accessible and organized.
Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work with ample time to prepare for session.
Complete all tasks assigned that are associated with the completion of a session.
Receive supervision from supervisors through direct observation.
Attend team meetings and scheduled trainings.
Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
Respond to internal communications within 24 hours.
Maintain HIPAA privacy and client information.
