Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA in home and clinic settings. You will organize sessions, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to deliver individualized therapy.

Qualifications

• Must communicate expressively and receptively in writing and verbally.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform various physical activities.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during sessions.
• Prepare materials and ensure accessibility of stimuli.
• Deliver instruction following training and supervision.
• Collect, record, and analyze data according to procedures.
• Maintain client privacy per HIPAA and company policy.
