Nurture & Nature ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based practice and ongoing mentorship within a clinician-led culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; fields like psychology, ABA, education, or related human services preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience under BCBA supervision.
• RBT/ABAT/BCAT candidates with strong clinical skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based strategies (DTT, NET, PRT, FCT).
• Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation to monitor progress.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills; coordinate with families and clinicians.
