Job summary

Nurture & Nature ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes evidence-based strategies and data collection to support client progress.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or MA/MS and at least 2 years ABA experience; RBT/ABAT/BCAT with less experience may be considered if strong. Competitive benefits and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required (BA/BS or MA/MS).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience under BCBA supervision.
• RBT, ABAT, or BCAT candidates with fewer than 2 years may be considered if clinically strong.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized programs and evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, FCT).
• Collect accurate data (ABC data, frequency, duration) to monitor progress.
• Support communication, social, daily living, and emotional skills.
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team to promote generalization.
• Maintain ethical, professional care per BACB standards and company policies.
• Receive ongoing supervision, mentorship, and balanced caseloads within 20 miles.
