Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your ABA career.

We provide BCBA supervision, weekly peer reviews, structured onboarding, and opportunities for Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs to support certification goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
