Job summary

Nurture & Nature ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, treatment implementation, and collaboration with families to support progress.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS or MA/MS in psychology, education, or related human-services fields and have at least 2 years of ABA experience with BCBA oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related human-services field.
• Minimum 2 years direct ABA experience under BCBA supervision.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius.
• Ability to pass FBI and DOJ background checks and TB testing.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required by partner schools/organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized programs under BCBA supervision.
• Use NET, DTT, PRT, FCT and other evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Support communication, social and adaptive skill development.
• Collect accurate data and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to promote progress.
