Job summary

Nurture & Nature ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver direct, one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision in clients' home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes ethical, compassionate care and collaborative teamwork, with strong emphasis on data collection and treatment plan implementation.

Candidates should have a BA/BS or MA/MS in psychology, ABA, education, or a related field and at least two years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or Master’s degree (MA/MS) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience under BCBA supervision required.
• RBT, ABAT, or BCAT candidates with fewer than 2 years may be considered if clinically strong.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized programs under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based strategies (NET, DTT, PRT, FCT).
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills development.
• Collect data and maintain documentation.
