Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct ABA experience under BCBA supervision.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized programs under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based strategies: NET, DTT, PRT, FCT.
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development.
• Collect accurate data and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to support progress.
