Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring BTs and RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will follow individualized treatment plans and collect data to help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting)
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times
