United Care ABA is actively hiring Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children and begin a meaningful career in ABA. We provide hands-on training, supervision from BCBAs, and a clear growth path from BT to RBT and beyond.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first few months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in psychology or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
