Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team in a center-based setting, working 1-1 with clients under the guidance of BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• HIPAA privacy and confidentiality awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report findings.
• Support BCBA by training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically assist with activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15 years.
