Job summary

Ability Builders in Indiana is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services in clinic and home settings, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, RBT certification within 90 days, and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment; paid training and support are provided.
• Reliable transportation is required for in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in clinic and/or home settings.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and support treatment decisions.
• Follow clinical guidance and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs.
• Provide feedback regarding client progress, barriers, and areas of need.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful approach with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Follow all safety, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures.
