Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willing to complete before start.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional interactions with clients and families.
• Record accurate data and communicate with supervisors regularly.
