United Care ABA seeks dedicated BTs and RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and follow individualized treatment plans. You will collect accurate data, help clients build daily living and communication skills, and stay connected with your clinical supervisor to ensure quality care.

The role supports flexible scheduling with both in-home and center-based opportunities, and offers pathways for professional development toward BCBA certification and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral/educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
