Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 using the Early Start Denver Model. You will work under Masters-level clinicians to implement intervention plans and communicate progress with families in the ABA framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (verified by resume or BACB attestation).
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program; degrees in Child Development/ Psychology are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development and stay updated with ABA advances and RBT certification.
