Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 2-6, providing one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy in our center. You will implement plans developed by Masters-level clinicians and track progress for families.

No RBT? We offer paid training and a progression program with opportunities for raises and promotions every 3 months as you expand your skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (verified by resume/application or BACB attestation for RBT).
• Preference for enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
