Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 with autism learn and communicate through play using ESDM/ABA. This role is an exciting early career opportunity to gain hands-on experience in psychology and child development while making a meaningful impact daily.

You will provide one-to-one ABA therapy, follow plans from master’s-level clinicians, and share progress with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, caregiving, or education into a highly supported clinical environment.
