Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, under supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, compliant documentation, and compassionate patient support.

Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma and be willing to train and grow from BT to advanced roles, with opportunities for BCAT certification and milestone-based raises.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and compassionate, able to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and families.
• Strong time management and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative with a multidisciplinary team and supervisors.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations (center, home, school, telehealth).
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate feedback from Clinical Supervisor into sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Support CARD policies and safety guidelines across settings.
