Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. Roles involve 1:1 or small group sessions across center, home, school, or telehealth, with data collection and strict HIPAA compliance.

Training provided with opportunities for growth within the CARD network. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CARD Training program with exam and field evaluation required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under Clinical Supervisor direction.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and comply with CARD policies and procedures.
