Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test is required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans: follow BIPs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Behavioral Support Strategies: apply DTT, Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement techniques.
• Data Collection & Documentation: track progress and submit session notes per UTC policy.
• Client Engagement: provide positive reinforcement and professional communication.
• Collaboration: work with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistency.
• Challenging Behaviors: manage behaviors per plans and training.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism: maintain HIPAA compliance and ethics.
• Ongoing Training: participate in required trainings and education.
