Job summary

United Therapy Center in Riverside, CA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism through ABA. You will implement BIPs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients build new skills with positive reinforcement.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. A High School Diploma or GED is required; RBT certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with autism or development disabilities is preferred.
• Background check and TB test required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBA.
• Use DTT, Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement Techniques.
• Accurately track client progress and submit session notes.
• Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to support skill development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistency.
• Manage challenging behaviors per individual plans and training.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
