Job summary

United Therapy Center in Rialto, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism through ABA. No experience? We offer paid training and mentorship to help you grow in a rewarding field.

You will implement BIPs, use DTT and Naturalistic Teaching, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and caregivers. This role is part-time with a flexible schedule and benefits such as health insurance and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Background check and TB test required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies (DTT, Naturalistic Teaching, Reinforcement) to support clients.
• Accurately track client progress and submit session notes per UTC policies.
• Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to foster skill development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistent intervention across settings.
• Manage and address challenging behaviors per individualized plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct following HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in required training and continuing education.
