Magnet ABA Therapy in Sedalia, MO is seeking a Behavior Technician to support one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and help families reinforce skills in daily activities.

Trainings will be provided, and the role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and precise data documentation. In-person work with clients and families is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to onboard new staff.
• Attention to detail in data collection and documentation is important.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
