Magnet ABA Therapy in Cameron, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized intervention programs, collect data on progress, and help develop behavior support plans. Training will be provided, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement in the ABA field.

Qualifications

Experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques
Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
