Magnet ABA Therapy in Wellington, MO is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized programs, collect progress data, and support families in applying strategies at home and in daily life.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or work with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
