Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in person. You will implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills.

Training will be provided; prior experience is preferred but not required. The role emphasizes teamwork, data accuracy, and compassionate client care in a supportive environment.
