Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized interventions, collect progress data, and help develop behavior support plans with the team.

Responsibilities include direct one-on-one ABA therapy, teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, and collaborating to adjust treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
