Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in person. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting data and supporting the development of customized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
