Magnet ABA Therapy in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement individualized interventions, and help clients acquire social, communication, and daily living skills in person.

You will collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, maintain thorough documentation, and support families with a positive, professional approach. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
