Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time options with potential BCBA supervision hours for eligible candidates, paid training, and benefits like sick leave and tuition

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability of at least 15 hours weekly in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel time paid).
• Background check, TB tests, pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty, and immunization proof (MMR/Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA/ Supervisor.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work across settings (home, community, school, clinic) with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethics and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training via overlaps and shadowing.
