Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County is hiring for part-time ABA staff to work 15–20 hours weekly with a path to full-time as center needs grow. You will provide 1:1 ABA services, implement plans, collect progress data, and support home/school programs, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualified candidates include high school graduates; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• MUST pass a TB test and background check with fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
