Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability of at least 15 hours during afternoons and evenings (typically 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensation provided).
• Criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment Physical/Fit-for-Duty exam, and immunities to MMR and Varicella required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes for each session as per company policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
