Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will support positive behavior interventions and record session data while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided and part-time hours with afternoon/evening availability are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Support skill building and care plans under clinical supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes.
